Facebook allows ads that often deliver no goods or inferior goods. There are no recourse for consumers in returns or refunds from these companies. Most of these companies are from China and those companies provide no returns or refunds because they are overseas and they do not want to pay for returns/refunds. Facebook needs to hold these companies responsible, make a department and staff to review complaints, and then remove those companies that do this AND reimburse users for the loss of money if they cannot hold these companies responsible.  Facebook needs to pay consumers for their losses when a user provides documentation and cannot get a refund. Companies like eBay and Facebook Marketplace provide guarantees that a consumer will get what they pay for or get their money back. This policy needs to extend to companies that advertise on Facebook. This is the only way to insure consumer safety and stop the wholesale raping of Facebook users by these companies. Facebook must be made responsible for this as it is their platform that is being used for this. Facebook needs to be responsible to its users and not allow any company to abuse its users.
