Wigan Athletic are an established football club that won the FA cup and were in the premier league they have battled their way back up to the championship having been dropped to league one for a season, 

Their money issues are exacerbated by Covid 19 and the ELF and the FA should be supporting the lower league clubs in this situation not punishing them!!  The premier league clubs should also consider lending a helping hand.
This was a bolt out of the blue for the loyal Wigan fans let us hope someone somewhere will care enough to help.
