With Wendy’s brand promise being “we prioritize offering choices that suit the wants and needs of our customers while continuing to live up to our food vision, Fast Food Done Right.” With eliminating the strawberry frosty, Wendy’s violates the promise they made to customers, creating an ethical dilemma. Therefore, the only solution must be extending Wendy’s strawberry frosty to all year long, happiness will be spread to all, one frosty at a time.
