Rats are seen as gross and disgusting, but pet rats are some of the best pets you can own, just recently I found out that they have no protection, so abusers can get away with abusing them, because they aren't a part of the animal welfare act,  I found it out when wandering how many rats I can own. Please let these babies be protected
