Justice For Nicki Minaj

“Queen”  the fourth studio album by Nicki Minaj was by far the most anticipated album of the year, and #2 most discussed according to Metacritic. The album’s release on her Apple Radio show was the #1 trending topic WORLDWIDE, and she continued to trend at # 1 for several consecutive days giving the album large amounts of press and buzz. Upon the release of her “Ganja Burn” music video, fans noticed that her views were significantly lower and moving slower than her previous works, yet her fan base has grown and as I stated, this album and its releases were highly-anticipated. Furthermore, we noticed that the numbers of views would freeze for hours, and then update to a number that was exceedingly lower than what they really should be.

We sort of ignored this issue, but noticed that the problem continued further with the release of her “Barbie Dreams” ,” Goodbye” (Jason Derulo Ft. Nicki Minaj) and finally “Woman Like Me” (Little Mix) videos. I haven’t heard of any other fandoms experiencing these issues. In fact, I have seen videos from less popular artists like Billie Eilish receive the same views in 24 hrs as one of the biggest names in music and the biggest girl group on the planet right now? It seems very unlikely, odd,  and suspicious. I am not pointing fingers, but Nicki Minaj has received a great amount of scrutiny and has faced numerous systematic attempts to end her career in the past 2 years, and in the wake of this, these developments on Youtube are very telling.

I am asking you to sign this petition in hopes of having Youtube or an outside entitity to investigate, update, and see if there is any basis to what we know to be the truth. If you look at the #ExposeYoutube hashtag on Twitter right now which is quickly growing because of the fanbases from BTS, Nicki Minaj, and Little Mix, you will see proof there.
