Petitioning San Jose State University President Mohammad Qayoumi

Expel the 4 students charged with hate crimes and hold someone in housing accountable for not taking action sooner.

This is not an isolated incident. This happens more often than the San Jose State University Administration and housing likes to believe. This behavior should not be tolerated and it is time for San Jose State University to practice the diversity that they preach, starting with the expulsion of  the 4 freshmen students.

Letter to
San Jose State University President Mohammad Qayoumi
The punishment of the four students in question should include but are not limited to: expulsion, revoking housing privileges, financial aid and eco passes. Additionally, someone in the chain of command in housing should be held responsible for failing to take action sooner.
