Student aren’t feeling safe or comfortable in school while they are in the same school and area as the person that sexually assaulted them. My friends are victims of sexual assault from another student to which the school has done little to nothing to accommodate or do anything about it. They do not feel safe around this person and other people don’t feel safe knowing that someone like that is around them in the same school. If this rule in schools isn’t passed then more assault will happen and less people will feel safe. It is beneficial for everyone and safer if this rule is passed. So, if a person is accused with at least 3 accusations with witnesses, then the student should be expelled or moved to online learning.
