I am Divya Agnihotri , married in December 2012. Got separated in 2018 due to severe violence mental abuse and dowry issues at the hands of my in-laws and my husband. 

Since then I am staying with my parents raising my daughter as single mother

There has been no support of a single penny for my daughter. I had to leave my job and switch to a different city for this.

My husband keeps filing absurd cases in highcourt which are always quashed but he never turns up for his own cases in the district court in Kanpur.

It has been 5 years and till now no justice have been served.

He wants a free divorce for which he keeps mentally pressurising me via different routes.

I want justice to be served.

He is  a psychological and physical threat to us.

My daughter must get her right to alimony.

I must get my freedom .

Hereby  I raise my concern through this petition that my cases are 5 years pending and he never came to any date.
