The Expanding Learning Programs support students in low-income communities. It provides a safe and fun environment where the students can stay after school while they wait for their parents to get off work. The programs help them academically and expand their horizons. It helps them develop social skills and learn to socialize in a fun and educational way. If the government keeps cutting the budget, we are at risk of losing these programs in the community.
