The weekend as it stands is too short. I propose that all 40 hours a week Employees work four ten  hour shifts and let Thursday be the new Friday so that we can have three day weekends. By having two extra hours per day we can get more work done and relax ourselves at work a bit more. We will be able to spend more time with the family and have more time to get things done. It will help us focus better, be less stress, and more mentally stable.
