The proposed planning ref  21/0020/OUT on Exeter City Council planning site, proposes 100 houses to be built in fields (known as the bus stop fields by locals) above Pendragon Road in Beacon Heath.

The majority of the houses proposed will not be social or affordable housing.

This development will cause additional traffic in an already congested area.

This development with destroy a valuable green space and wildlife habitat and open up a large areas of green field to urban development thus pushing residents further away from the green infrastructure needed to promote heatlhy lives.
