Get Medview Airlines in Nigeria to be more Proactive in its Services

On the 19th of September 2017, after purchasing a Ticket a week earlier to travel from Yola to Abuja, usually by 12 noon, we were at the airport with the usual delay by Medview without any information when, then Boarding calls were made at about 12:30 pm. It was about to Rain heavily. We boarded the plane and was informed to wait for the rain to subside before we can take off. By 1:35 pm. By 2:06 pm, the Pilot informed us that they (Medview Yola Office) were waiting for an approval by the Medview Lagos to Medview station manager that will allow the plane to be fueled. The rains had stopped at this point. By 2:30 pm, we got another announcement that the plane has yet to get the approval due to some communication issues between Lagos office and the Yola office (Medview airlines). Long and short of it, after some time wasting without any proper communication as to why, we eventually got back into the plane and taxied at about 3:41 pm (Please note that all time stamp is based on text messages sent out to loved ones).

We then decided that we will pull our signatures together and complain to the Regulatory Government Responsible. In addition, as of Friday Night, I got a call from one of the passengers who continued to Lagos, with a complaint that their Luggage was left behind in Yola. The passengers included people who were going to catch a flight or so out of the Country.

We, the undersigned, call on the Management of Medview to;
1. Make an apology to all the Passengers of flight VL2103 on the 29th of September 2017 on Medview Airline's poor attitude to us, very poor service delivered and even no communication on the matter outside of what information was giving by the Pilot.
2. To pay compensation as required by the NCAA act to ALL the passengers on board Flight Number VL2103 of the 29th of September 2017.
3. The above action to take place no later than 30 Days upon receipt of this petition signed by the following Passengers on behalf of all the other passengers.
