Goodmorning! 

I suffer from serve cramps during my monthly cycles which causes me to not be able to work. It’s unfortunate to have to call off & menstrual cramps not being a  legitimate excuse. I am writing this petition so that employers will be more mindful of ladies during their cycle!! 

I believe 1-2 days should be given each month so ladies can properly take care of themselves during their cycle. Working with severe cramps is very hard, especially when you don’t sit down at work. Such as plants, medical field, etc.
