I want the country to move to silent fireworks.

Noise from Fireworks can create difficulty for so many creatures, from wild animals to family pets. Some people are noise aversive and the firework season is especially difficult for them and can cause panic attacks.

Importantly we need to consider working dogs of all types for example, hearing dogs, guide for the blind dogs, sheep dogs, assistance dogs and many others. Lots of owners report that their dog becomes distressed with firework noise.

It is possible to have amazing firework displays without the noise that creates havoc for so many.  If fireworks are let off responsibly and debri collected when it has cooled then all can enjoy November 5th firework displays.

Many environmentalists, police forces and Fire Services give frequent warnings as the season approaches.  I ask that you help by signing this petition.
