Students from unprivileged families and communities struggles to study because they have no devices tp study with hence giving them laptops will defenitely help them to access school platforms like blackboard and oracles

But money for laptops shouldn't be deducted from NSFAS monthly allowance;because some students are depending on that R1500 to eat while they aren't at home also to clothe themselves
