Am petitioning for Sibongile Mani the Walter Sisulu Student that accidentally received R14 million into her account instead of Her supposed Food allowance which is R1 400 ,Now she is Charged with Theft as if she is the one that deliberately asked for the money to be sent in to her bank account but it's the Intermail glitch and the person that processed the money  ...Let's First Define the Term Theft  !! Before going Forward with the Case 

There are many more pressing issues than this one but the way the state is misusing it's resources on this case it's very saddening , they should go out there and find the real culprits and  constant law break but as for her it's as a first time offender I vouch for her to at least get a suspended sentence outside for sure she will learn from that too, not behind bars that's will really be unfair while real and hardcore criminals are walking scout free .
