Let’s not overthink this - please join in pledging to NEVER steal someone’s political signs they choose to have displayed on their property.

IT IS ILLEGAL TO STEAL THESE SIGNS. Just as important, it’s neither decent nor civil.

Political opinions are vital to democracy.  Displaying a lawn sign of the candidate one supports is a popular way to voice political opinion.

Campaigns, by design, are a competition. That competition should be as fair as possible. Entering someone’s private property, under the cover of night, to steal or deface a lawn sign is reducing oneself to thievery, not playing fair, and, to be frank, just stupid.

Let’s join together against stupidity and sign this petition pledging to do the right, decent, civil thing - pledge to NEVER steal a political lawn sign!
