South Africa held its yearly 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, which runs from theInternational Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women on November 25th through Human Rights Day on December 10th. During 16 Days of Activism, the country shines a light on GBV with a nation-wide campaign, discussions, events, conferences, and a march to Parliament. 

In order to  protect the women of our township , Individuals from NGO's and the Community of Duduza are leading the fight against gender-based violence; empowering survivors, equipping the community and challenging everyday people to join them in the battle to protect women against violence.

This is a petition to advocating for NO BAIL and multiple LIFE SENTENCES for the pepatrator who brutally killed, strangled and hung Thandeka Tshabalala. The alleged pepatrator strangled her on 22 November 2021 and hanged her from rafters, he then called the police and claimed he found Thandeka hanging from the ceiling. The post-mortem revealed that the victim was strangled. A murder case was opened but the pepatrator was released on bail. The murderer is still roaming around the streets. Please help by signing this petition for him to be arrested.
