I made this petition to demand justice. I was groomed and sexually assaulted as a toddler by Tam Chau. I was manipulated into thinking his behavior was normal and as a result, it took me years to open up to authorities. I was a junior when Tam and I was involved in court. Unfortunately, his lawyer agreed that I was insane and this resulted in the justice system dismissing his case. The only benefit I received from opening up was a restraining order against him. He is free and roaming around to this day. Please help me receive justice. Thank you for your support.
