Dear TV Networks;  Would you mind creating a TV show with a character that is Strong, Successful, Masculine and Charming.   The kind of guy that always has a kink in his eye.  A man's man so to speak.   He doesn't have to be a main character, just someone that all people can identify with as being a decent guy.  Usually this character turns out to be a serial killer.   But we think he should be Gay!

Just imagine a guy who's into sports, works out regularly, always has a nice word to say, is inclusive to everyone.  A man's man.   The kind of guy that wakes up at 3 in the morning to come help you with a flat tire.  A good clean cut guy with a head on his shoulders.

Everyone is unique, but the Hollywood stereotype is a young 20's tightshirt hairstylist that is as flaming as they get. We want to see a 35ish successful man's man that is great with kiddos, and is always there to lend a hand without thought of reward. Preferably an Engineer for two reasons. There's an engineer behind this brainstorming. and the kidlets can pester him with wide eyed questions.

Add that to the fact that the gay people on TV are all partying youngsters. We're not against a wild Friday night, but come on? Is that what all gay people are to aspire to?   Let's see some of that equality we're all fighting for?
