Patients can not get to see their GP’s face to face, this is resulting in the late diagnosis or misdiagnosis or many things. A telephone consultation is just not good enough. What is the reason for GP’s still not seeing patients when all over health care providers continue to deliver a face to face service. How can GP’s properly assess and diagnose by telephone or by patients taking a photo and sending this in. It’s just not good enough, I hear people complain every day that they can’t even get through to their GP’s so people give up trying but that is at the cost of their health. I feel a stand needs to be made so things can change.
