It's somewhat unavoidable to have a 'carbon footprint', and everything essentially needs to be lowered. It's like a bank account, so many outgoings, so need to work on reducing ANY of them.
One easy win, is EMAILS.
The Carbon Literacy project states this:
"One years’ worth of emails received equals 603,393 g CO2e = 0.593863329 or 0.6 tonnes CO2e"
(this is going by 60 excessive emails a day)
And we all have email accounts that are subscribed to stuff you just never read and it's just accumulated rubbish.
If lots of people unsubscribe to pointless things they don't read, it's an easy carbon emissions saving. And helps the chance children/grandchildren have a stable planet to live on.
