Anthony Rhoades, a white supremacist, murdered Parmjit Singh, and has been acquitted of all charges due to a “lack of evidence.” And people still say that white privilege doesn’t exist. This is a hate crime and Parmjit Singh and his family deserve justice.

Police had detained the 21-year-old man in the US state of California in connexion with the fatal stabbing of a 64-year-old Indian Sikh grandfather.

At around 9 pm on August 25, while he was on his evening stroll, Parmjit Singh was assaulted at Gretchen Talley Park in Tracy. He succumbed to his injuries later on.

Anthony Kreiter-Rhoads of Tracy was arrested and charged with homicide in Singh 's case.

Later, Anthony was acquitted of all charges due to a lack of evidence.
