Tuffins supermarket are insisting on refusing entry to anyone who is exempt from wearing a face covering AND doesn't have "proof of exemption". The store has received formal complaints and ignored them. 

Sadly, an ex soldier to was spoken to very rudely by a member of Tuffins staff, was affected by this because he cannot wear a face covering, as he suffers with PTSD, but did not have medical proof of this on his person. 

The UK government states that it is not a lawful requirement for anyone who is exempt to show proof of exemption. Stores cannot over ride the law with their own policies. Any individual who challenges someone who is exempt from wearing a face covering is liable for prosecution.
