Body shaming, an act of criticizing someone's physical appearance and also considered an act of bullying. People tend to notice and judge the appearance of an individual. Making jokes, negative comments, judgements and also comparisons about a person's body are considered as body shaming. This act can be done by members of the family, relatives, friends, schoolmates, people around you and even strangers.

Losing confidence of an individual can be the result of body shaming. A person that got body shamed might start to get insecured about his or her self or his or her own physical appearance. They'll also be conservative and pressured to get the best body for their selves. This act also might cause trauma, anxiety or worst, like depression. You'll never know what type of feeling you can brought if you body shamed someone.

Let us not tolerate body shaming. Each of us has our own uniqueness. We are beautiful in our own way. We may be fat, skinny, dark, tan, buffed, tall or small, everyone has its own flaws but it doesn't matter to prove our worth. We matter, we are worth it, we are important and deserve to be loved whoever we are. Accepting and loving ourselves is the best treatment we can have. Together, let's stop body shaming. Let's begin to accept and love each other's own uniqueness and beauty. Be confident and always wear your invisible crown, don't let others define your own beauty. We are all gorgeous, handsome and worth it. Our existence matter.
