I feel DStv has no respect for us as their customers. We are disconnected wrongfully and charged more while the fault is theirs. Which makes me question If it's their way to generate more income. I tried talking with them but they are telling me to move forward without them refunding me. As I started this conversation on Facebook I realized that I'm not the only one who is being treated like this by this company.
