Carolyn Bryant Donham admittedly lied and was the catalyst in the murder of a 14 year old child for her lies. He was taken from his parents, beaten and mutilated before sinking his body in the Tallahatchie River. He was force to carry a 75 lb cotton gin to the bank of the Tallahatchie River, ordered to take off his clothes and beaten to death. His eye was gouged out, he was shot in the head and then tied to the cotton gin with barbed wire and thrown in the river. Why are his assailants and accusers still free? We know why. We want this woman to pay for her lying and heinous act against Emmitt. We are seeking signatures to have her brought to justice. In her own confession in 2017, "Nothing that boy did could ever justify what happened to him." We want her held responsible.
