Up for the Area Plan Commission on February 3rd at 3pm in Room 301 of the Civic Center, will be the vote on the Eleanor's Place subdivision off N. Green River road.  There are plans for over 135 small lots being built by Sky Epperson(Century Homes) and Phil Reinbrecht(Reinbrecht Homes).  No one has commented on the type of houses as to whether they will be modular housing or not.  

The major concern will be added traffic at one of the deadliest intersections in Vanderburgh County: Hwy 57 and N Green River Road.  This is in addition to traffic on a narrow and dangerous N. Green River road that has steep ditches.  

The infrastructure is currently insufficient to safely house another subdivision in this area.  I am hoping to pull INDOT numbers on accidents and deadly accidents at this intersection.

Please protect not only our area residents, but potential children that could be driving in the area.
