Dear ladies and gentlemen,
Greetings,

In the name of freedom, in the name of the great Iraqi people.

We the people of Mesopotamia, would like to inform you that our people are being exposed to the worst types of systematic repression while protesting to demand freedom, dignity, public services and legitimate demands. This repression is being exerted by the so called “anti-riot forces” and the pro-iran armed militias backed by the Iraqi authorities. Therefore, many of our people have fallen injured or dead during the very recent days. There is no doubt that the government which kills its own people is considered illegitimate, therefore Iraqi people have decided to turn these protests into a wide revolution to overthrow the current political regime.

In the name of our free people, we call on the European Parliament, and the European officials to intervene and take the necessary measures through the highest possible levels in order to save our people, and to realize their demands. Wishing a long living friendship between your honored people and ours.

بسم الحرية , بسم الشعب العراقي العظيم .
نحن ابناء بلاد ما بين النهرين , نود اعلامكم بأن شعبنا يتعرض لأبشع انواع القمع الممنهج بعد ان خرج في تظاهرات شعبية للمطالبة بالحرية والكرامة والخدمات والحقوق المشروعة خلال الايام الماضية , وهذا القمع يمارس من قبل قوات مكافحة الشغب والمليشيات المسلحة الموالية لأيران مدعومة من قبل السلطات العراقية , حتى سقط العديد من ابناء شعبنا بين قتيل وجريح بسبب استخدام العنف المفرط . ومما لا شك فيه فأن الحكومة التي تقتل ابناء شعبها تعتبر فاقدة للشرعية , لذلك فأن شعب العراق قد قرر ان يحول هذه التظاهرات الى ثورة واسعة لأسقاط النظام السياسي الحالي.

بأسم ابناء شعبنا الاحرار , نناشد البرلمان الاوربي والمسؤولين الاوربيين بالتدخل واتخاذ كافة الاجراءات اللازمة لأنقاذ ابناء شعبنا وتحقيق مطالبه , وعبر اعلى المستويات . ونتمنى دوام الصداقة بين شعبكم الكريم وشعبنا .
