Extreme measures due to the pandemic, such as mandatory medical procedures due to shortsighted politics coated by pseudoconstitutionality at a government level, aiming at and resulting to discrimination at a population level consequently leading to pause of income resources, psychological violence, double standard behaviour of the state towards its citizens. Division of the people to vaccinated and non vaccinated is not acceptable. As a rule, information of a citizens health record ought not be given to any other than their health care provider. No app or green pass solves the problem of tracing and curving the pandemic waves as everyone can spread including some central governments that spread misinformation. The problem of the pandemic is addressed by a well structured primary care sector, extensive testing and tracing, wellinformed public, competent, numerically adequate and uptodate healthcare workers. Some governments are trying to displace their obligations of the aforementioned to a blame game between their own citizens. This is unethical,  shady, unconstitutional and of course counterproductive. Comply or be discriminated is not acceptable today!
