As everybody knows the pandemia changed our lives. It was a big changememt also in the approach of job. Smartworking, remote jobs, telework permitted us to continue to work also in difficult situation but there are still some limitations. This is my case that I can work remotely in Poland but not from my country. For sure this limit comes from local Labour’s code.
Like me there are also a lot of people who would like to be closer family and have a better worklife balance. On the other hands companies would have access to a bigger database of candidates and more possibilities of choice.
Wouldn’t it be appropriate to make a European regulation for smartworking without countries limitation?
