صدا و سیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران، سرویس ملی رادیو و تلویزیون ایران است .این سازمان با استفاده ازموقعیت انحصاری خود  به جای تولید محتوای مفید، به تولید اطلاعات غلط و تحریف شده در راستای منافع حکومت تمامیت خواه جمهوری اسلامی می پردازد.

صدا و سیما یک سازمان  متعلق به حکومت است که به جای منبعی بی طرف برای خبر و اطلاعات، به عنوان وسیله ای برای پخش پروپاگاندای حکومت عمل میکند. با سانسور و حذف هرگونه روایت متفاوت با روایت حکومتی، صدا و سیما وظیفه مخدوش کردن حقیقت را در غیاب آزادی بیان و رسانه های مستقل دیگر در راستای اهداف و منافع حکومت، برعهده دارد. این سازمان همچنین با تحریف  و توزیع اطلاعات نادرست نقش مهمی در فلج کردن مخالفین حکومت بازی میکند.

کارخانه تولید اطلاعات نادرست صدا و سیما، خط تولیدی مختص تولید مستندهای دروغین علیه فعالین و مخالفین حکومت دارد، مستندهایی که بر اساس اعتراف های تحت فشار و شکنجه دستگیرشدگان تهیه میشود. در یکی از این مضحکه های اخیر صدا و سیما علیه فعالین محیط زیست، گزارشگر تلویزیون بازجوی تعدادی از فعالین هم بوده است که حدود دو سال  در حبس غیرقانونی به سرمی برند. .

صدا و سیما تاریخچه ای طولانی در تهیه و پخش اطلاعات نادرست  به دستور حکومت و برای فریب افکار عمومی دارد. ما، نویسندگان این دادخواست بر این باوریم که صدا و سیما ابزاری در دست حکومت ایران و برای تبلیغات یک سویه حکومتی  در راستای سرکوب مردم به ویژه در موقعیتهای حساسی نظیر اعتراضات خیابانی اخیر است.

با توجه به نقش غیرقابل انکار صدا و سیما، به عنوان بازوی تبلیغاتی حکومت در حمایت و ترویج نقض حقوق بشر، از اتحادیه اروپا میخواهیم:

• به  وضع و اعمال تحریمهای موثر علیه صدا و سیما جمهوری اسلامی و تمامی ارکان و سازمانهای زیرمجموعه  وابسته داخلی و خارجی آن نظیر پرس تی وی اقدام نمایند. 
• 
  تحریم های مشمول و مرتبط  علیه مدیران ارشد، کارکنان رده بالا و وابستگان صداوسیما وضع نمایند.
• 
  تحریم های مشمول و مرتبط برای جلوگیری از فروش تکنولوژی، دانش و سخت افزار به این سازمان را وضع و اجرا کنند.

The Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) is Iran's national radio and television service provider. It is well known for enjoying a monopolistic position, for being adequately incompetent at producing good media, while entirely committed to disinformation and deception orchestrated by the corrupt and totalitarian government.

 

IRIB is a government-owned corporation established and operated as a vehicle to distribute government’s propaganda, rather than a neutral source of news and information. Censoring any narrative if not aligned with the positions of the government, or supportive of its' propaganda, IRIB distorts the truth in order to advance the government’s agenda in the absence of freedom of expression and other free media and communication channels.

 

The deception, disinformation and misinformation are strongly impeding the internal politics, in particular crippling any opposition towards the government. IRIB's disinformation factory includes a production line fully dedicated to pseudo-documentaries, featuring forced staged confessions of social and political activists. In one of these recent mockeries, the television presenter turned out to be the interrogator of environmental activists who are illegally held in prison for nearly two years. 

 

IRIB has a long history of producing and broadcasting deceptive disinformation ordered by the government to manipulate the public’s opinion about Iranian activists and opposition. Thus, we believe IRIB has been merely a tool in the hands of Iranian government and its propaganda apparatus to repress people in critical situations such as ongoing street protests and mass demonstrations.

Considering the exclusivity of IRIB’s role towards the wide spectrum of human rights violations, we call on the European Union not to remain silent and to:

- Take all necessary legal steps to ensure sanctions against IRIB and all its subsidiaries, affiliates, inside Iran and abroad such as Press TV;

- Sanction its senior managers, high-ranking employees and affiliates.

- Impose logistical sanctions on trading related technologies and hardware.

L’ IRIB* est le groupement des médias publics iraniens (radio et télévision). Il est bien connu pour être en position de monopole et pour œuvrer à la solde d’un gouvernement corrompu et totalitaire en diffusant en permanence de fausses informations.

 

Les médias publics censurent tout récit qui n’est pas conforme aux positions du gouvernement, afin de soutenir sa politique, en l’absence de toute liberté d’expression.

 

La tromperie et la désinformation paralysent toute opposition au gouvernement. IRIB fonctionne comme une machine à désinformer et diffuse des pseudo-documentaires qui mettent en scène des aveux forcés d’activistes et d’opposants politiques et sociaux. Récemment un présentateur TV s'est avéré être membre de la cellule qui a mené l’interrogatoire de militants écologistes et qui a conduit à un  emprisonnement illégale de près de deux ans.

 

L’IRIB a une longue tradition de production et de diffusion de désinformation trompeuse par le gouvernement pour manipuler l’opinion publique sur l’opposition iranienne. Ainsi, nous pensons que l'IRIB n'est qu'un outil de répression entre les mains du gouvernement iranien massivement utilisé contre des manifestations d’opposants en cours.

 

L’IRIB intervient largement dans la violation des droits de l’homme et nous appelons l’Union européenne à ne pas rester silencieuse et à:

- Prendre toutes les mesures juridiques nécessaires pour sanctionner l'IRIB et toutes ses filiales, en Iran et à l'étranger, telles que la chaîne Press TV;

- Sanctionner ses dirigeants / ses principaux dirigeants, employés et affiliés 

- Imposer des sanctions logistiques comme la vente de technologies et de matériel leur permettant d’exercer leur activité.

La televisione nazionale della repubblica Islamica d’Iran (IRIB) è conosciuto per la sua posizione di monopolio, per la sua incompetenza nel produrre materiale di qualità e per il suo impegno nella campagna di disinformazione orchestrata dal corrotto governo totalitario. 

IRIB è un’azienda di proprietà del governo, istituita per operare come veicolo di distribuzione della propaganda ufficiale e non per fornire informazioni neutrali. Censurando ogni forma di narrazione non allineata alle posizioni di governo, o che supportano tale propaganda, IRIB distorce la verità secondo i dettami ufficiali nell’assenza della libertà d’espressione e di altri canali di libera informazione.

L’inganno, la disinformazione e le informazioni distorte sono un forte impedimento per la politica interna, in particolare sono paralizzanti per ogni forma di opposizione. La fabbrica di disinformazione di IRIB produce una linea di pseudo-documentari in cui vengono messi in scena finti pentimenti di attivisti politici e sociali. In una di queste recenti beffe, il presentatore ha interrogato alcuni attivisti ambientalisti che si trovano illegalmente detenuti in prigione da circa due anni.

IRIB ha una lunga storia nel produrre e trasmettere informazione distorta così che il governo possa manipolare l’opinione pubblica in merito agli attivisti e all’opposizione politica. Ecco perché crediamo che IRIB non sia altro che uno strumento in mano al governo iraniano e al suo apparato di propaganda volto alla repressione del popolo in situazioni critiche come nel caso delle attuali proteste di massa.

Considerando l’esclusività del ruolo di IRIB verso un vasto spettro di violazioni dei diritti umani, chiediamo all’Unione Europea di non rimanere in silenzio e di:

- prendere le necessarie misure legali per assicurare delle sanzioni nei confronti di IRIB e dei suoi affiliati, in Iran e all’estero, come Press TV;

- sanzioni verso i suoi top manager, impiegati di alto rango e affiliati

- imporre sanzioni logistiche che coinvolgano gli aspetti tecnologici e l’acquisto di strumentazioni.

Die Islamische Republik Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) ist der nationale Rundfunk- und Fernsehdienstleister des Iran. Es ist bekannt dafür, dass es eine monopolistische Position einnimmt, dass es ausreichend inkompetent bei der Produktion guter Medien ist, während es sich voll und ganz der Desinformation und Täuschung verschrieben hat, die von der korrupten und totalitären Regierung organisiert wird.

 

IRIB ist eine staatseigene Gesellschaft, die als Vehikel zur Verbreitung der Regierungspropaganda gegründet und betrieben wird und nicht als neutrale Quelle für Nachrichten und Informationen. IRIB zensiert jede Erzählung, wenn sie nicht mit den Positionen der Regierung übereinstimmt oder die Propaganda ihrer Regierung unterstützt, und verzerrt die Wahrheit, um die Agenda der Regierung in Abwesenheit der Meinungsfreiheit und anderer freier Medien und Kommunikationskanäle voranzubringen.

 

Die Täuschung, Desinformation und Fehlinformation behindern die Innenpolitik stark und lähmen insbesondere jede Opposition gegenüber der Regierung. Das Desinformationszentrum des IRIB umfasst eine Produktionslinie, die vollständig Pseudodokumentationen gewidmet ist und in der erzwungene Geständnisse von sozialen und politischen Aktivisten präsentiert werden. In einer dieser jüngsten Verhöhnungen entpuppte sich der Fernsehmoderator als Vernehmer von Umweltaktivisten, die fast zwei Jahre lang illegal im Gefängnis festgehalten werden. 

 

Die IRIB hat eine lange Geschichte in der Produktion und Verbreitung von irreführenden Desinformationen, die von der Regierung angeordnet wurden, um die öffentliche Meinung über iranische Aktivisten und Opposition zu manipulieren. Daher glauben wir, dass die IRIB nur ein Werkzeug in den Händen der iranischen Regierung und ihres Propaganda Apparates war, um Menschen in kritischen Situationen wie laufenden Straßenprotesten und Massendemonstrationen zu unterdrücken.

 

In Anbetracht der Exklusivität der Rolle der IRIB gegenüber dem breiten Spektrum der Menschenrechtsverletzungen fordern wir die Europäische Union auf, nicht zu schweigen und zu schweigen:

 

- Ergreifen Sie alle notwendigen rechtlichen Schritte, um Sanktionen gegen die IRIB und alle ihre Tochtergesellschaften, verbundenen Unternehmen im In- und Ausland wie z.B. Press TV zu verhängen;

- Sanktionieren Sie die Führungskräfte, hochrangigen Mitarbeiter und verbundenen Unternehmen.

- Verhängen Sie logistische Sanktionen gegen den Handel mit verwandten Technologien und Hardware.
