Stop discrimination against Colombian travelers

While other countries like Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Venezuela, Paraguay, Urugay and all the countries in Central America can travel freely to Europe whenever they want, Colombians have to apply for a visa every single time they travel to the EU.
Colombia has come out of a very complicated past, to become one of the most important rapid growth markets in the world. Nevertheless and even though we even signed a free trade agreement with the EU, Colombians are still treated as if they wanted to stay in Europe. Moreover, every time you want to travel to the EU, you have to bear with all kinds of discriminating acts by the visa application centers abroad. And it is even more incredible when they were refusing to sign the FTA because of human rights issues, whilst I think that the disrespect towards Colombian travelers is more discriminating.
I feel discriminated and treated with dis respect by the EU. I am a legal resident in the UK since 2011 and have always been treated with respect and equal conditions by the UK government and immigration office, but not by the different EU consulates where I have had to apply to several times.
I believe we Colombians have the same rights as other nations of South and Central America to travel throughout Europe. Moreover, now that we have a Free Trade Agreement.
