There was hundreds of indian people booked tickets through indian travel agents in Dublin to fly to kerala,India between March to now.Unfortunately due to pandamic the flights were cancelled and people couldn't fly.Each tickets will cost appox 800 euro per person and a family of 5 spended 4000 euro for their tickets only.Eventhogh main airlines are saying that they returned money to these agents, agents are holding money illegally and demanding customers to wait for 6 months to an year.Also they are demanding 50 euro per ticket as processing fees to return the money,so a family of 5 will now have to pay 250 euro just to get their ticket money back.Please join hands and act against this, at this hardtimes.
