To the attention of HYBE, European fans believe that we are not being treated fairly.

 We demand:

1.  WAREHOUSE IN EUROPE
2.  EUROPEAN STORE AT WEVERSE SHOP

 

 We spend all our money on EXPENSIVE shipping.

 We don't feel like we are being treated the same way as other fans, like the American army for example. That they have their own store, and standard shipping is 15 USD.

 We have to pay many times more money for shipping than for the item, with a minimum of 35 USD. Plus the customs, tariffs and management of the shipping companies.

 We are literally going bankrupt and it causes us so much anxiety that something that should make us excited is turning into a nightmare. Thousands of us cannot buy for this reason.

 This is grossly unfair. Well, the European armies also support BTS and we don't feel valued by HYBE.

We understand that they have more sales in America, but we believe that in Europe today, they have enough sales to consider putting up a warehouse.

 (In fact, the actual sales are not reflected as we make group purchases, which go to a Korean address and from there to Europe in order to save a little, by sharing shipping costs).

 Please hybe take care of your fans. And put a warehouse in Europe, we have been waiting for many years and we are really upset and disappointed.

 In addition, in Weverse Shop Global, limited items are sold out in a matter of seconds and many times they go from Coming soon to sold out, selling 90% in korea, without any possibility of buying for the rest of the world. This is unacceptable!! That's why we order our own shop at weverse shop.

A la atención de HYBE, las fans europeas creemos que no se nos está dando un trato justo.

Exigimos:

1. ALMACÉN EN EUROPA
2.  TIENDA EUROPEA EN WEVERSE SHOP 

Gastamos todo nuestro dinero en envíos CARÍSIMOS.

No sentimos que se nos esté dando el mismo trato que otras fans, como por ejemplo, a las armys americanas. Que tienen su propia tienda, y el envío estándar son 15 USD.

Tenemos que pagar muchas veces más dinero por el envío que por el artículo, con un mínimo de 35 USD. Más las aduanas, aranceles y gestión de las empresas de envío.

Literalmente nos estamos arruinando y nos causa tanta ansiedad que algo que debería hacernos ilusión, se está convirtiendo en una pesadilla. Miles de nosotras no podemos comprar por este motivo.

Esto es tremendamente injusto. Pues las armys europeas también apoyamos a BTS y no nos sentimos valoradas por HYBE.

Comprendemos que tengan más ventas en América, pero creemos que en Europa a día de hoy, tienen suficientes ventas como para considerar poner un almacén.

(De hecho, no se reflejan las ventas reales pues hacemos compras grupales, que van a una dirección coreana y de allí a Europa con el fin de ahorrar un poco, al compartir gastos de envío).

Por favor, hybe cuida a tus fans. Y pon un almacén en Europa, ya son muchos años esperando y estamos realmente molestos y decepcionados.

Además, en Weverse Shop Global, los artículos limitados se venden en cuestión de segundos y muchas veces pasan de Coming soon a sold out, vendiendose el 90% en corea, sin ninguna posibilidad de comprar para el resto del mundo. Esto es inaceptable!! Por eso, pedimos nuestra propia tienda en weverse shop.
