We love our neighborhood and we want an HOA which listens to us and puts our best interest first!  We want to understand how our annual dues are spent and know that they are allocated for our benefit.  Below are the top priorities we have identified along with brief descriptions.  We expect this petition to help make it clear that we want our voices to be heard!

1.    Financial Committee – creation and initiation so we understand how finances are spent and allocated

2.    Developer Control over the board – needs to be relinquished to home owners now that all lots are owned

3.    Security – concerns with responsiveness, cost, responsibilities and quality of service

4.    Landscaping – concerns with responsiveness, cost and quality of service

5.    HOA Fee Dues – understand questionable increase and allocation of funds

6.    Lagoon – understand public entry, questionable increase and allocation of funds

7.    Citations – need documentation on types and costs

8.    Vendor reviews and surveys – understand frequency, key performance indicators and what happens with/after results

9.    Double Standard – why is there a difference between HOA vs homeowners?

10. Speeding – concerns regarding main streets in the neighborhood

11. Tickets/Issues on Town Square – understand service level agreements regarding when addressed, responded to and closed
