I was having a great selling experience on Etsy until one day my account was hacked without my authorization.  Additionally, Etsy failed to notify me of this change. As a result, I have not been able to manage my shop for the past 7 days! Through Etsy Seller Support Groups it has been brought to my attention that this issue has unfortunately happened to many other sellers and Etsy was only able to resolve their issue within 4-6 weeks. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!  

I write this petition in an effort to bring awareness to Etsy's lack of seller support and their inability to resolve seller issues in a timely manner.  Etsy needs to provide a 24/7 Support Hotline for it's sellers! Lets be real, when your shop owners are not happy, then your customers will not be happy either!
