After an entire 12 years of school, and going through the Covid-19 pandemic, ETHS Seniors have been taking advantage of the happiness the little things in life have given us. We've all been stressed out from a hard two years, and with our Senior year halfway over, we expect to have some relief in the things we've always expected from the end of our Senior year. Prom, graduation, college acceptances, everything you'd expect.

But we're missing one little thing that means a lot to us all. This year, they have decided to omit Senior quotes from the yearbook, instead replacing it with some sort of brag sheet at the end of the yearbook. We understand the concern of having people chose their own quotes, but this is something a lot of us have been waiting for for years now. Most if not all of the Class of '22 is responsible enough to pick appropriate quotes, and, after all we've been through, all we ask for is something small like this to end our school years with.

We hope that this petition will convince ETHS administration that our yearbook quotes are something that cannot be removed, or at least cannot be removed without the voice of the student population being heard, for the sake of finishing a tumultuous high school career.
