Ban Fireworks and the big bangs.  Animals suffer with loud noises, the elderly and sick suffer. People do not adhere to the times of busting fireworks so it starts from a week before Diwali. How do we cope with stressed animals and when do we give them their calming medication if people just burst fireworks at any time. Animals suffer the most because they hear it 10 times louder.  People complain during Diwali because people go overboard and don't adhere to the rules.  Have a specific place or ban it completely please. It is heartbreaking to see your dog drugged and yet still so scared.  Diwali is not about big bangs. it is about light over darkness.  Good over evil.
