Noah Wilcoxson started this petition to eStem Public Charter Schools and

Recently, eStem High School revised its dress code. They have implemented a uniform that requires a blue, yellow, white, or gray collared shirt, or an eStem branded t-shirt. Other dress code changes include the limitation in the size of logos on collared shirts, and the banning of brightly colored hair and body piercings.

This new dress code is an unfair one. It is almost identical to the one implemented at the Elementary and Junior High Schools, and it would be unfair for returning high school students to switch to this dress code.

For one, it would cost the parents of each and every eStem student a large sum of money to buy clothing within the dress code. Most eStem students don't own eStem t-shirts, and collared shirts like polos are not worn as often as regular, non-uniform shirts.

Of course, there is an abundance of other reasons why this uniform is unacceptable. But don't take it from me, take it from the eStem community. Click here to read what eStem students and parents think about this rule.

With an overwhelming number of signatures, the eStem administration would be foolish to keep the uniform in place. So, take action! Here's how:
