LGBT+ children and teens need a place at school where they feel safe and secure, unfortunately not a lot of schools have that, and that happens to be a very dangerous thing. When kids aren't feeling supported and accepted at school it increases social anxiety, depression, and many other many health challenges. The suicide rates of children who are LGBT+ are much higher than those of people who are not. So please join me in helping to try to create a safe place for children and teens to be themselves in school!!
