We, the undersigned, hereby petition every member of Congress, to establish universal court standards, which must include a mandatory removal provision.

          These standards are necessary for the following reasons:

• to ensure equal justice under law for all litigants, regardless on their station in life;
• the lack of real or meaningful checks and balances on the enormous power wielded by a judge or judges, which sometimes includes the power of life or death;
• the United States Supreme Court has established a freestanding, constitutional interest balancing test, which is an anathema or curse on our Constitution, that:
• empowers a judge or judges to balance the costs to society with the enforcement of an individual’s constitutional right;
• if the judge or judges subjectively believe the costs to society outweigh the benefits of enforcing an individual’s constitutional rights,
• the judge or judges will deny the individual of his constitutional rights; and
  the judge or judges often manipulate the facts or the law to reach the decision they desire, and this includes the fabrication of facts or the omission or misapplication of the law.
