The 28th Amendment is to be established to provide every U.S. citizen with bodily autonomy including, but not limited to, medical autonomy such as reproductive freedom, gender affirmation, and medical decisions, including end of life care.  Also the expression of sexuality between consenting adults of 18 years of age.
