We need your voice to raise awareness about the need for an independent watchdog to monitor, oversee workplace bullying,harassment investigations from the start.  Monitoring it from the first step of reporting. People, families are suffering at the hands of people who bully and those investigating the bullying,harassment. This causes further damages.  We need an eye on the workplaces/employers to make sure that the available legislation is enforced otherwise it means nothing.
