Tenants at Fountain Park Apartments are unhappy with the lack of security and ongoing negligence from Essex management. There is no accountability for the high crime and break ins, cameras are useless and the security team being hired to work very little hours with all of this crime is a joke. The amount of successful grand theft and  useless cameras (don't work) within the community is so substantial no one feels safe or pleased with management rapport. Change in Fountain Park is a must, tenants can no longer go on feeling unsafe and for lack of better words used for nothing more than financial gain.
