The Parish Council have been approached by local residents asking for support to lower speed limits around the village. Some roads in the village are national speed limit roads, some have no pavements meaning that residents (clients from a residential home and school children) have to walk in the road with cars travelling past them at up to 60mph. Local residents would like to ideally see a blanket 30mph speed limit around the whole village, if this is not possible then the 60mph limit roads changed to 40mph.
