Stop assigning alumni as commentators for their own school's College Basketball games

To the Executives at ESPN, ABC, CBS, NBC - Please stop assigning alumni to announce their own games.
Namely, Jay Bilas. Please stop assigning Jay Bilas to announce Duke games.
Every year the joy of watching College Basketball gets me through the long, cold winter. I enjoy watching Duke lose as much as I enjoy watching UNC win. When Jay Bilas is announcing Duke games, the joy of watching Duke struggle is dampened by his natural but unquestionable pro-Duke bias.
One small example in a sea of thousands - in last night's (11/14/17) game vs Michigan State when Grayson Allen flopped while shooting and was awarded foul shots by the bamboozled referee, Bilas complimented Allen's cheating actions as "selling it." He wasn't selling it, he was acting/flopping/cheating.
I understand the Duke half of the audience would appreciate a pro-Duke announcer's comments, but those people can watch or listen to the Duke sponsored broadcasts. The rest of the world is filled with rage at the injustice of a biased announcer being paid to cheer for his own team.
As there are dozens of qualified announcers to choose from in any given game, there is no reason for a major network to hire an alumnus of either team on the court to provide biased commentary.
This goes for all announcers and all teams - if I want to hear UNC alumni announcing UNC games, I will tune into Tar Heel Sports Network.
I shouldn't be subjected to Duke propaganda while watching ESPN. For the purposes of this petition, Dick Vitale is considered a Duke alumnus.
