Only men get paid to play nationally televised live sports. It’s unfair that many women with the skillset equal to or higher than men do not get the chance to play their sport professionally and get paid to do so. This is pure gender inequality. The NRL used to be a televised sport -though still getting paid less than NHL players- and was recently removed from the lineup of Winter Olympic Sports. We want the National Ringette League to be televised and the women who play professional ringette to be paid fairly.
