Dr. Eric Sartell is an Assistant Professor of Business at Whitworth University. Prior to working at Whitworth he worked for over 15 years in corporate and commercial finance. He has many publications and presentations. Sartell is also an advisor to many Whitworth business majors and the impact he has had on their lives is immeasurable. Sartell‘ s Advisees as well as students who attend his classes consistently speak highly of his level of teaching, as well as his leadership skills. 

The students of the Whitworth Business Department strongly disagree with the decision of upper management to decline renewal of Dr. Sartell’s contract. By signing this petition we hope to declare that Sartell is an amazing professor, and an amazing leader. By signing this petition we hope to declare that Sartell’s inspirational teaching should be maintained and cherished as the diamond that it is in this department. Dr. Eric Sartell is a gleaming example of Whitworth University’s mission statement. Not only does he educate the mind, he challenges the heart; he equips his students to honor God, follow Christ, and serve humanity.
