Remove non-child offenders from Indiana's new Child Abuse Registry (Kirk's Law)

Kirk's Law created the Child Abuse Registry, which is an outstanding resource to find people with prior child abuse or neglect charges, but there is a flaw in the system. The electronic court records they used to create the registry don't show age of the victim, therefore anyone with a sexual charge, or battery charge, regardless of if it was against a a child is included on the registry. This is absolutely absurd. They need to do the extra work and limit the registry to those who have child offenses.
